MEDICHEM has over 30 years of experience as a developer, manufacturer and distributor of in-vitro diagnostics.

Company formation

The company was founded in 1986 as a sole proprietorship by Atou Khalide Lô. In 1998, his son Insa Lô became a partner in the company after eight years of collaboration, and took the role of managing director in 2004.


Reagents:

Initially, the development and manufacture of clinical-chemistry reagents was the predominant focus of the company.

Reference materials

In 1989, MEDICHEM began working closely with forensic institutes and medical laboratories to develop reference materials for quality control of toxicological and forensic analyses.
